Karishma Chhabria- is a Certified Assessment Center Analyst, MBTI & NLP Practitioner She has recently done her Basic Behavioral Lab for Human Processing from ISABS : is the core founder of the company with an experience of over 12 years In the Field of Customer Service, Counseling, Training and Organization Development.
Karishma commenced her career as a cabin crew with Jet Airways and quickly went on to run training programs for their air crew and ground staff.
She was soon absorbed by “The Frankfinn Institute” where she conducted numerous programs for aspiring air hostesses. She has also worked with WNS Global Services as a Certified Voice & Accent and Soft Skills trainer, handling esteemed clients such as Virgin Atlantic, British Airways, Scandinavian Airlines, Indymac insurance.She has also been associated with prime international clients such as Capital One, American Express, Chase Collections and Health Care.
Karishma has also judged a number of Talent and Personality Hunt pageants for Universities and Colleges, with her Recurring appearances and experience in Fashion Shows, Television and Media.
